For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- Various food coloring gels
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Divide the batter into separate bowls and tint with your chosen food coloring gels. Pour the colors over the crust, swirling with a toothpick to create a swirl effect.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
