For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9Γ13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, and red food coloring until smooth.
- Gradually fold in flour and salt until just combined. Stir in crushed Oreos.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour brownie batter into the pan. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool before slicing.
