For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crumb topping (flour, sugar, butter)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk.
  4. Spread batter into pan. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture and raspberries over batter. Swirl gently.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and crumb topping over the batter.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
