For the Crust:
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream. Fold in melted chocolate.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-55 minutes until center is set. Cool completely, then chill for 4 hours.
- Top with cherry pie filling. Whip cream with powdered sugar and pipe around edges before serving.
