For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms, sautéed
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix feta, flour, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in bacon, mushrooms, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 30 minutes or until set. Let cool before slicing.
