No-Bake Turtle Mini Cheesecakes

Description

Delicious mini cheesecakes with a graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and topped with caramel, chocolate, and pecans.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar together. Press mixture into the bottom of a mini muffin tin to form crusts.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crusts and chill for at least 2 hours. Before serving, drizzle with caramel and melted chocolate, and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
