Teriyaki Salmon Avocado Rice Stack

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  2. Pour teriyaki sauce over the cooked salmon and let it simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. To assemble the stack, place a layer of rice on a plate, top with slices of avocado, and place the teriyaki salmon on top. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
