For the Crust:
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak pieces and sear for 2-3 minutes per side or until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce thickens.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
