Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak pieces and sear for 2-3 minutes per side or until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
