For the Crust:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Reduce heat to low. Pour in the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat the shrimp. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the glaze thickens.
- For the dip, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl. Mix well and season with a pinch of salt.
- Serve the glazed shrimp warm with the garlic dip on the side for dipping.
