Succulent shrimp are pan-seared and coated in a sticky sweet chili glaze, then served as delightful bites with a creamy, zesty garlic dipping sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Pour in the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat the shrimp. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the glaze thickens.
  4. For the dip, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl. Mix well and season with a pinch of salt.
  5. Serve the glazed shrimp warm with the garlic dip on the side for dipping.
