A refreshing and colorful salad featuring creamy burrata, fresh fruits, and a balsamic drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 2 balls of burrata cheese
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup of fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Arrange the arugula on a serving plate as a base.
  2. Place the burrata balls in the center of the plate.
  3. Surround the burrata with the strawberries and peach slices.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
