Stuffed Pears with Almond & Ginger Filling

A delightful dessert featuring tender baked pears filled with a spiced almond and ginger mixture.

For the Crust:

  • 4 large ripe pears
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Cut the pears in half and scoop out the cores.
  3. Mix almonds, ginger, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stuff each pear half with the mixture.
  4. Place stuffed pears in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
