For the Crust:
- 4 large ripe pears
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Cut the pears in half and scoop out the cores.
- Mix almonds, ginger, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stuff each pear half with the mixture.
- Place stuffed pears in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
