  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly, then add milk and stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in diced strawberries and lemon zest before filling cupcake liners.
