For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a lined baking tray to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the crust.
- Top with chopped strawberries, gently pressing them into the cheesecake layer. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
