A delightful dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake filling, sweet strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a small bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Layer cheesecake mixture and strawberries in cups, starting with the cheesecake mix, followed by strawberries, and topping with graham cracker crumb mixture. Repeat layers as desired.
