For the Crust:

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 200g beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Prick potatoes with a fork and bake for 60 minutes or until soft.
  2. While potatoes are baking, sear the beef steak slices in a pan over medium-high heat until evenly cooked. Set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat, then add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
