Steak Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles

A savory blend of tender steak, succulent shrimp, and stir-fried noodles with vegetables and a tangy soy-based sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz stir-fry noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add bell peppers and snap peas to the skillet, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return steak, shrimp, and cooked noodles to the skillet. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and toss to combine. Cook for 2 more minutes to heat through.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
