For the Crust:
- 2 frozen chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the sous vide water bath to 150Β°F (65Β°C).
- Season the frozen chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil, then place each breast in a vacuum-sealed bag.
- Submerge the sealed bags into the water bath and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours. Once cooked, remove from the bags and sear the chicken in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes per side for a crispy finish.
