Sous Vide Frozen Chicken Breast

Tender and juicy chicken breast cooked from frozen using sous vide for perfectly even results.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 frozen chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the sous vide water bath to 150Β°F (65Β°C).
  2. Season the frozen chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil, then place each breast in a vacuum-sealed bag.
  3. Submerge the sealed bags into the water bath and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours. Once cooked, remove from the bags and sear the chicken in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes per side for a crispy finish.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
