For the Crust:
- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange it in a large circle on a baking sheet, overlapping the triangles.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked turkey with cranberry sauce and mustard.
- Spoon the turkey mixture onto the dough ring, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Fold the dough triangles over the filling and tuck under the dough to create a ring.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
