For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the melted butter and sugar until smooth, then add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the buttermilk, until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks and divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Drizzle the tops with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
