A delicious casserole with layers of corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese, reminiscent of a classic Reuben sandwich.

For the Crust:
- 12 slices rye bread
- 1 pound sliced corned beef
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Layer half of the rye bread slices in a greased baking dish.
- Top with half of the corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing. Repeat layers.
- Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
