For the Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a 10Γ15 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then add oil and milk.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture, pour into the pan, and bake for 12-15 mins. Let cool. Whip the cream, fold in peanut butter and spread over cake. Roll up, garnish with chopped Reeses, slice, and serve.
