A delightful chocolate sponge cake rolled with a creamy peanut butter filling and topped with Reeses pieces.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reeses Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a 10Γ—15 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then add oil and milk.
  3. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture, pour into the pan, and bake for 12-15 mins. Let cool. Whip the cream, fold in peanut butter and spread over cake. Roll up, garnish with chopped Reeses, slice, and serve.
