Festive, soft, and chewy red velvet cookies rolled in green sugar for a classic Christmas color combination.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) red velvet cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup green decorator sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, oil, and flour. Mix until a soft dough forms. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  3. Place the green sugar in a small bowl. Roll tablespoon-sized portions of dough into balls, then roll each ball in the green sugar to coat completely.
  4. Place dough balls 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
