For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from oven and cool completely.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
