Pistachio Cranberry Bark is the easiest, most festive treat youβll make all season. With only 5 ingredients, this sweet and salty bark is rich, colorful, and perfect for gifting or snacking.
Ingredients
16 oz white chocolate or dark chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup shelled pistachios
1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
2. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
3. Stir in almond extract if using, then pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet.
4. Spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
5. Sprinkle the top with cranberries, pistachios, and sea salt.
6. Lightly press toppings into the chocolate to adhere.
7. Refrigerate or freeze for 20β30 minutes until fully set.
8. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
