For the Crust:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add pineapple chunks and teriyaki sauce to the pan, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the shrimp and pineapple over a bed of cooked jasmine rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
