For the Crust:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Add pineapple chunks and teriyaki sauce to the pan, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Serve the shrimp and pineapple over a bed of cooked jasmine rice.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
