A festive turkey breast glazed with cranberry and orange for holiday meals.

- 1 bone-in turkey breast (about 5β7 pounds)
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, and orange zest. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Place in a roasting pan.
- Brush the turkey with the cranberry glaze and roast for 2-2.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs.

Serve with cranberry sauce on the side for extra flavor.
