Description

A festive turkey breast glazed with cranberry and orange for holiday meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 bone-in turkey breast (about 5–7 pounds)
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, and orange zest. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
  3. Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Place in a roasting pan.
  4. Brush the turkey with the cranberry glaze and roast for 2-2.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
  5. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

Serve with cranberry sauce on the side for extra flavor.
