A succulent ham glazed with a sweet and tangy apple cider BBQ sauce, perfect for festive gatherings or family dinners.

For the Crust:
- 1 (8-10 lb) fully cooked ham
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Place ham in a roasting pan, fat side up.
- In a saucepan, combine apple cider, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground cloves. Simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Brush half of the glaze over the ham. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes with remaining glaze. Uncover for the last 15 minutes to caramelize.
