An easy and delicious peach cake using fresh or canned peaches, perfect for a sweet treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sliced peaches

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
  3. Fold in the sliced peaches and pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
