For the Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups sliced peaches
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
- Fold in the sliced peaches and pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
