For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9Γ13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the sliced peaches. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
