Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Description

This delicious Oreo Ice Cream Cake combines decadent layers of chocolate and vanilla ice cream with an Oreo cookie crust.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Spread softened chocolate ice cream over the Oreo crust, smoothing the top. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the chocolate layer. Freeze for another 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from freezer and spread whipped cream over the top. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
