A luscious, creamy no-bake dessert with layers of sweet strawberry filling, fluffy whipped topping, and a golden Oreo crust topped with a crunchy strawberry crumble.

For the Crust:
- 1 (11 oz) box Golden Oreos, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Golden Oreos with the melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9Γ13 inch baking dish to form the crust. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
- In another bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk for 2 minutes until it begins to thicken. Immediately spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Gently spoon the strawberry pie filling over the pudding layer.
- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the strawberry layer. Sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberries evenly over the top to create the crunchy topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set, before slicing and serving.
