No-Bake Strawberry Crunch Dream Cake

A luscious, creamy no-bake dessert with layers of sweet strawberry filling, fluffy whipped topping, and a golden Oreo crust topped with a crunchy strawberry crumble.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (11 oz) box Golden Oreos, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed Golden Oreos with the melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9Γ—13 inch baking dish to form the crust. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread this mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk for 2 minutes until it begins to thicken. Immediately spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Gently spoon the strawberry pie filling over the pudding layer.
  5. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the strawberry layer. Sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberries evenly over the top to create the crunchy topping.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set, before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
