No-Bake Mini Strawberry Banana Pudding Crunch Cheesecakes

A delightful no-bake dessert combining strawberries, bananas, and a crunchy crust in mini cheesecake form.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of mini cheesecake molds.
  2. In a bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham crust, then layer banana pudding and slices of strawberries on top.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
