A delightful no-bake dessert combining strawberries, bananas, and a crunchy crust in mini cheesecake form.

For the Crust:
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of mini cheesecake molds.
- In a bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham crust, then layer banana pudding and slices of strawberries on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
