A refreshing no-bake cheesecake with swirls of orange and pineapple flavors.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, and beat until fluffy.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture in half. Mix orange marmalade into one half and crushed pineapple into the other. Spoon alternating dollops into the crust and swirl with a knife. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
