For the Crust:
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice and instant vanilla pudding mix until combined.
- Fold in the softened vanilla ice cream and half of the whipped topping until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set. Top with remaining whipped topping before serving.
