For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin cups to form crusts.
- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth. Pour this mixture over the crusts.
- Top each mini pie with whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
