No-Bake Éclair Cake

A simple and delicious no-bake dessert with layers of graham crackers, vanilla pudding, and chocolate frosting.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 container of chocolate frosting

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a mixing bowl, prepare pudding according to package instructions using milk.
  2. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the bottom with graham crackers. Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the crackers.
  3. Add another layer of graham crackers and spread the remaining pudding on top. Top with a final layer of graham crackers. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of crackers.
