No Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

A delightful and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of a classic banana split with the ease of a no-bake cheesecake.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 jar (10 oz) maraschino cherries
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
  • Walnuts, chopped, for topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Top with sliced bananas, drained crushed pineapple, and maraschino cherries.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped walnuts before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
