For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 jar (10 oz) maraschino cherries
- Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
- Walnuts, chopped, for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Top with sliced bananas, drained crushed pineapple, and maraschino cherries.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped walnuts before serving.
