For the Crust:
- 1 cup crushed chocolate graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into mini pie tins.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Mix creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spoon into the cooled crusts.
- Heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth to make ganache.
- Pour ganache over the peanut butter filling and refrigerate until set.
