These mini chocolate peanut butter pies are a delightful treat featuring a crunchy cookie crust, a creamy peanut butter filling, and a rich chocolate topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed chocolate graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into mini pie tins.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Mix creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spoon into the cooled crusts.
  5. Heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth to make ganache.
  6. Pour ganache over the peanut butter filling and refrigerate until set.
