For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup apple pie filling, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press a tablespoon into each muffin cup to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until combined. Pour mixture over crusts.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Cool completely, then top with chopped apple pie filling and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
