Delicious mini cheesecakes with a caramel apple topping, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of each liner to form a crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then add egg and mix until just combined. Divide mixture among liners.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Allow to cool completely.
  5. Top each mini cheesecake with chopped apple and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
