For the Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of each liner to form a crust.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then add egg and mix until just combined. Divide mixture among liners.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Allow to cool completely.
- Top each mini cheesecake with chopped apple and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
