Mini Bundt Cakes

Description

Deliciously moist mini bundt cakes that can be topped with your favorite glaze or icing.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease the mini bundt cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture alternately with milk, starting and ending with flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into prepared mini bundt pans, filling each about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
