Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup high-quality extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, parsley, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Pour the olive oil and lemon juice over the herb mixture.
  3. Stir gently with a fork to combine all ingredients. Let the dip sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve in a shallow dish with slices of crusty bread for dipping.
