For the Crust:
- 8 oz block of feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Crusty bread or pita, for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Place the feta block in a small baking dish. Surround it with olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle olive oil over the feta and sprinkle with oregano and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm with crusty bread or pita.
