A creamy and delicious mango cheesecake with a graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups mango puree

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
  3. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and mango puree until smooth, then pour over crust and bake for 30 minutes.
