These mouth-watering bars combine the creaminess of cheesecake with the crunch of pecans and a touch of sweetness for the perfect dessert treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9Γ—13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in chopped pecans.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust in baking dish. Spread evenly.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until center is set. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
