For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9Γ13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over crust in baking dish. Spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until center is set. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
