For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup caramel sauce
- 2 large apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 3 tbsp sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar together in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then add vanilla extract. Pour over crust.
- Arrange apple slices on top of the cream cheese mixture. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool before removing from pan and slicing.
