  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour and sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then incorporate it into the dry ingredients.
  3. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
