Lemon Garlic Chicken Bites with Creamy Bowtie Pasta

Tender chicken bites marinated in lemon and garlic, served over a creamy bowtie pasta for a delicious and comforting meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
