Description

These keto air fryer salmon bites are crispy, flavorful, and packed with protein. They’re quick to prepare, low in carbs, and perfect for meal prep or easy dinners.


Ingredients

Scale

1 lb salmon filets (skinless, cut into cubes)

2 tsp olive oil

2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (no salt added)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp kosher salt


Instructions

1. Cut the salmon into even-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

2. Drizzle the olive oil over the cubes and toss to coat.

3. Mix all the spices together, then rub them into the salmon until every piece is well coated.

4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

5. Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

6. Air fry for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

7. Serve with lemon slices or your favorite keto dipping sauce.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Reheat in the air fryer at 365°F for 2–3 minutes.
