For the Crust:

  • 18 ounces cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sautΓ© for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add asparagus to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Stir in the cherry tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to combine and heat through.
  5. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
