For the Crust:
- 18 ounces cheese ravioli
- 2 cups asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sautΓ© for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add asparagus to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Stir in the cherry tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to combine and heat through.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
